Visual Arts Program

Phelps PACE (Architecture, Construction and Engineering) High School Program

The Prince George's County chapter is actively working to secure new partnerships with organizations that support the visual arts.

In November 2015, our chapter produced a "Fall Student Art Showcase" featuring the Phelps PACE (Architecture, Construction and Engineering) High School, Washington, DC, which is an application only pre-professional program.  Showcasing their visual arts and music programs, the Art Department featured a student art exhibit in the school's beautifully renovated building.

During a reception, the students were recognized and lauded for their work.  The chapter members awarded them with personalized certificates and their art teacher was presented with a monetary award to support the art program.
